Not only am I a blogger about handmade small business, but I also am a handmade business owner, so you can be sure that all the information I provide, I’ve learned the real way – through experience. My own handmade business is called Dragon Glass – glass is my medium, and the ‘Dragon’ part comes from where I was born and raised – it’s a part of my Welsh heritage.
Dragon Glass – Unique dichroic fused glass jewelry, handcrafted in Colorado
I create a variety of fused dichroic glass jewelry pieces – dangle and stud earrings and pendants, of all sizes and shapes. The mesmerizing characteristics of dichroic glass hooked me from the start – so much dimension and sparkle and so unusual.
I personally tend to wear dangle earrings – for some reason, even though I love them, studs don’t work for me. These were the first type I started creating and are still one of my best sellers!
Prefer studs? These unique stud earrings make a great gift! I love the vintage feel these handshaped dichroic glass studs give – a slightly larger size and sparkly for maximum impact.
Pendant necklaces are sure to please and I make a wide selection – everything from dainty pendants to large, bold one-of-a-kind, statement necklaces. I’m also able to create matching collections of pendants for weddings and family gifts.
Love a stained glass suncatcher? Perfect for teacher gifts, holiday tree ornaments and cute home décor.
There are so many ways to sell handcrafted items, and I will be sure to share my experiences and advice through this site. I sell my creations through Etsy, which I believe to be the best comprehensive handmade marketplace for small sellers.
